Happy Runniversary

Tomorrow is my anniversary. Well, my runniversary. On February 9, 2016 I started this running journey. I can't believe it was one year ago that I opened up the C25K app (for the third time in my life), hit start workout and went for it. Her weight percentile has jumped; however, when you compare it with her height, it makes her the perfect BMI apparently. They also took her blood pressure for the first time ever with the cuff. It was pretty cute. I had to google blood pressure in children and learned that the levels are dependent on sex, age, and height percentiles. So, after all that, I figured out that her BP is at the 50th percentile so it is spot on for where she should be. The doc also had her bend forward so ...
